How do we work with you? Our approach.

We like to ensure all training is going to meet your organisation’s particular needs.

Many of our workshops are tried and tested over several years and hundreds of participants, but we like to make sure any training we deliver is going to meet your needs.

Our approach:

  1. We have a conversation with you to understand your organisation, the specific training needs you are wanting to address, and the population of staff or volunteers that need the training. We also explore time constraints and budgetary limits that will affect what is possible or desirable;
  2. We propose suitable workshop or programme outlines, along with dates and costs;
  3. We either adapt existing workshop materials, or design a bespoke course if you want something unique and tailored specifically for your team;
  4. We deliver the group workshop, either at your workplace if you have a suitable meeting or training room, or at a local venue with appropriate facilities;
  5. We provide evaluation and follow-up services if you need that.

We are experienced in working alongside in-house training, HR, or management personnel if you want to work in partnership with us.

We can also create full trainer notes and materials if you want the sustainability of in-house specialists continuing to offer further workshops.

Spiral Training – Alison Lewis

Alison Lewis is the founder and Director of Spiral Training & Associates Ltd. She set up the company over 15 years ago, after a successful career across the public, private, and charity sectors. She has worked in the field of training & development since 1985.

Whilst Alison sometimes brings colleagues in to work on larger projects and clients, almost all of the training workshops offered by Spiral Training & Associates Ltd are designed and delivered by Alison herself.

Alison has an MA in Management Learning from Lancaster University, is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and is qualified to administer MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behaviour) psychometric instruments.
